Linda Hay and Anne Oldenburg will be the featured speakers at The Aspects of The Dental Practice seminar, which is being held in Fresno, California, on Oct. 6, 2017. During the day-long presentation (which meets the standards for dental continuing education hours), they will discuss legalities in the dental industry for restorative clinicians.
Hay is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. She actively defends professional liability cases and has tried numerous dental and other types of malpractice cases to successful verdict. She speaks regularly to professionals about risk and claims management.
Oldenburg is also a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. She focuses her practice on the defense of healthcare professionals, as well as representing professionals before licensing boards. Oldenburg has tried numerous healthcare malpractice cases to successful verdict. She has published and lectured extensively on issues relating to healthcare litigation and risk management issues.
