Jeff Hebrank’s examination of the history of Madison County (IL) asbestos litigation is scheduled as the lead-off session. Eric Hall (whose co-speakers include The Honorable Stephen Stobbs, Associate Circuit Court Judge in Madison County) will close the conference with a review of Madison County’s mandatory settlement conferences, its mediation options, and the lessons learned from complex allocation hearings.

Brenda Baum is co-chair of the all-day event, which is being held September 12 at the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis. For further information, including links to registration and CLE credit hours, click here.
