Curtis, a partner in the firm’s Hammond (Indiana) office, focuses his practice on the defense of complex construction litigation, insurance coverage, and bad faith matters. He is past chair of the Insurance Coverage Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and frequently speaks and writes about insurance matters for state and national organizations.
