Stanley W. Fronczak and LaDonna L. Boeckman have joined HeplerBroom as Associates in the firm’s Chicago office.
Fronczak focuses his practice on the litigation of professional and general liability cases, with an emphasis on the defense of complex medical, dental, and nursing home issues. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2017. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Chinese Mandarin from the same school. He is licensed to practice in Illinois. Prior to joining HeplerBroom, Fronczak handled insurance defense arbitrations and bankruptcy cases.
Boeckman also focuses her practice on the defense of medical professionals, as well as healthcare law and premises liability matters. She is licensed to practice in Illinois and in 1998 obtained her J.D., with honors, from Drake University Law School. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the same school, graduating magna cum laude with a major in English & History and a concentration in Cultural Studies. Prior to joining HeplerBroom, Boeckman focused her practice on the defense of medical and dental professionals. She has been involved in the trial of several medical malpractice matters before juries and appellate advocacy. She was previously awarded a Jury Verdict Reporter Trial Lawyer Excellence Award for an outstanding defense verdict in a dental malpractice matter.
