Glenn E. Davis has joined HeplerBroom LLC in the St. Louis office as a partner. Joining Glenn is associate attorney J. Austin Moore. Davis was formerly Litigation Chair of Gallop, Johnson & Neuman LC.
Davis is a well-known and accomplished trial and appellate attorney who engages in complex business counseling and litigation matters, including antitrust, contract, franchise, intellectual property, non-compete, insurance, securities, corporate governance, and shareholder disputes, RICO and general business ligation, including MDL proceedings and class actions. He is a 1982 graduate of Washington University School of Law and served as Notes & Comments Editor on the law review.
