Beth Bauer and Brian Lee authored an amicus curiae brief for Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, accepted by the Illinois Supreme Court in the Bowman v. Ottney appeal, case number 119000.  The case deals with the right to take a change of judge when a case is reassigned to the same judge upon re-filing after a voluntary dismissal.
