Kiser, a partner in the firm’s Edwardsville office, focuses his practice on trials involving the defense of asbestos, products liability, and toxic tort matters. Before entering private practice, he did a two-year judicial law clerkship for the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri. He has been named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and is included on the list of Illinois Leading Lawyers.
