Anne Oldenburg and Linda Hay will be the featured speakers at Legalities in the Dental Industry, a Dental CE Solutions seminar being held in Davenport, Iowa, on May 10, 2018. The program is aimed at restorative clinicians and their administrative staff and is intended to keep them up to date on the legal changes in the industry.
Oldenburg is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. She focuses her practice on the defense of healthcare professionals, as well as representing professionals before licensing boards. Oldenburg has published and lectured extensively on issues relating to healthcare litigation and risk management issues.
Hay is also a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. She actively defends professional liability cases and has tried numerous dental and other types of malpractice cases to successful verdict. She speaks regularly to professionals about risk and claims management.
