Kaufmann and Murphy Win Appeal in Third District

Stephen R. Kaufmann and Michael P. Murphy, attorneys in HeplerBroom’s Springfield, Illinois office, prevailed in an appeal in the Illinois Appellate Court for the Third District. The appellate court affirmed the dismissal of the plaintiff’s complaint with prejudice in Simmons v. The City of Pekin, et al. Michael P. Murphy argued the case in the appellate court.
