Jones and Galanos Win Verdict in Federal Court

Attorneys in HeplerBroom’s Springfield office, partner, Lance Jones and associate, Jessica Galanos successfully obtained a verdict in the Central District against CDS Office Technologies in favor of the Plaintiff with regard to FLSA retaliation and retaliatory discharge claims. The jury awarded both compensatory and punitive damages. Attorneys’ fees will be assessed against the Defendant.
