After a jury trial in St. Clair County, Dan Lytle received a defense verdict on behalf of his client in a multi-plaintiff lawsuit seeking personal injury damages as a result of a motor vehicle accident. (See Carlene Tucker and George McClelland v Shannon Marino.)
