HeplerBroom partner Troy Bozarth, associate attorney Elizabeth Kellett, and paralegal Anastasia Fears, along with other counsel, secured the win for HeplerBroom’s client Zimmer Holdings Inc. The plaintiff was implanted with a Durom hip and claimed that the implant failed, which required him to undergo correctional surgery.
