The jury in a personal injury case in St. Louis City took just 38 minutes to deliberate before returning a verdict in favor of Bharat Varadachari and Adam McGonigle’s client. The case involved a slip and fall at a St. Louis hotel. (St. Louis City is known as one of the most dangerous venues in the country for corporate defendants, making the verdict even more significant.) Varadachari and McGonigle also received valuable input from associate attorney Peter Houser.
Both Varadachari and McGonigle are partners in the firm’s St. Louis office, and both focus their practices on trials involving the defense of personal injury, insurance, and trucking and transportation matters.
