Murphy and Lee Obtain Summary Judgment on Third-Party Complaint

Attorneys in HeplerBroom’s Springfield office, partner Michael Murphy and associate Brian Lee, obtained summary judgment on a third-party complaint filed against a snow removal company in an action in Shelby County, Illinois. The plaintiffs sued property owners after a slip-and-fall on ice and snow, and the property owners sued the snow removal company as a third-party defendant.
