Gary A. Meadows

Bio

Gary A. Meadows is an experienced litigator who in 30+ years has handled a wide variety of complex litigation matters and appeals, including cases of

  • professional liability (including medical and legal malpractice)
  • insurance coverage/bad faith
  • personal injury
  • employment
  • class actions

His focus is always on finding the best possible outcomes for his clients, who’ve frequently been put in difficult situations.

He particularly enjoys successfully navigating landmines faced by employers, lawyers, and insurance companies who’ve been accused of wrongdoing as these clients often face an uphill battle when appearing before juries.

Mr. Meadows has handled trials and appeals in both Illinois and Missouri and has argued cases at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals as well as before multiple divisions of the Illinois Court of Appeals and the Illinois Supreme Court.
