Bio

Brittany P. Warren focuses her practice on defending individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation throughout Illinois and Missouri. She represents clients in state and federal courts in a wide range of tort and casualty matters, including premises liability, personal injury claims, and trucking and transportation litigation. Known for her thorough preparation and practical approach to litigation, she works closely with clients to develop defense strategies that account not only for the legal issues at stake, but also the business and personal considerations that accompany high-exposure claims.

Earlier in her career, she served as a criminal magistrate in Guilford County, North Carolina, and volunteered with the Center for Death Penalty Litigation out of Durham, North Carolina, where she assisted with contributing to clemency and wrongful prosecution matters.

Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and serving the community through her volunteer and service work with the Junior Service Club of Edwardsville/Glen Carbon.
