M. Colleen LaVelle defends product manufacturers, suppliers, employers, and premises owners in toxic tort cases. Her clients depend on her to gather factual information, then determine and execute effective defensive strategies on their behalf.

In addition to her toxic tort work, Ms. LaVelle advocates for healthcare institutions, assisted living facilities, and their dedicated nurses, physicians, and administrators. For these clients, she handles matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, and professional liability claims.

When not practicing law, Ms. LaVelle serves as an active member of the oldest hunt club west of the Mississippi: Bridlespur Hunt Club. As a Bridlespur member, Ms. LaVelle enjoys the equestrian activity of “riding to hounds” and helping to support land, plant, and wildlife conservation in the area.
