- Advises clients in air construction permitting, including New Source Review.
- Consults with clients in all levels of air operating permits.
- Assists regulated entities in preparing permit applications and negotiating permit terms and conditions with the Illinois EPA Bureau of Air.
- Counsels clients in implementation of permit and regulatory requirements governing air emission issues, including preparation of compliance and deviation reports.

Ms. Driver was previously a partner with the environmental law firm Hodge, Dwyer & Driver, which merged with HeplerBroom in 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys singing in her church’s choir and serving on the church altar guild.
