Lewis C. Miltenberger has joined HeplerBroom as the first partner in its new Texas office. Miltenberger helps businesses with a wide range of legal challenges, especially complex, multiparty litigation involving allegedly toxic substances such as asbestos, benzene, and silica. In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Miltenberger advises business owners throughout Texas on a range of legal issues.

He obtained his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 1989. He also holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Southeast Missouri State University. He is rated an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. Miltenberger is licensed to practice in Texas, Illinois, and Missouri and is admitted to the bars of the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas.

When he’s not practicing law, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and watching sporting events. His favorite pastime is spending time with friends and family, especially his two grandsons.
