Paul S. Festenstein has joined HeplerBroom as an Attorney of Counsel in the firm’s Chicago office.

Festenstein focuses his practice on the defense of property and casualty coverage claims, tenders of defense, conflicts of interest and Section 155 litigation, and slip-and-fall cases. He also handles suspect bodily injury claims and all aspects of motor vehicle cases and works closely with insurance companies’ special investigation units. Notably, his clients have commended him for not only his legal acumen but also his collaborative working style.

Festenstein earned his J.D. from Washington University and also holds a B.A. in history from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and is admitted to the bars of the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois.
