HeplerBroom Attorneys Named as Top St. Louis and Missouri Super Lawyers
Gerard T. Noce has been named in the top 50 St. Louis Super Lawyers. Super Lawyers magazine is published by Minneapolis-based Law & Politics.
In selecting attorneys for Super Lawyers, Law & Politics employs a rigorous, multiphase process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis.
Mr. Noce has represented clients in Missouri and Illinois, focusing on trials involving complex business litigation matters including: professional and general negligence, clergy misconduct, products liability, and school law. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, International Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, American Board of Trial Advocates, The Missouri Bar, and the Lawyers Association of St. Louis.
Mr. Noce graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1974. Continuing his studies for his Juris Doctorate at the University of Missouri-Columbia, he received his J.D. in 1979.
In addition to Mr. Noce, Thomas J. Magee has been named in the top 50 St. Louis Super Lawyers and the Top 100 Missouri Super Lawyers. Mr. Magee has received each of these honors every year since 2008.
Mr. Magee has tried over 150 jury trials to verdict, representing clients in Missouri and Illinois. He focuses on trials involving complex business litigation matters including: products liability, professional liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, automobile and trucking.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, and Association of Ski Defense Attorneys.
Mr. Magee earned his J.D., cum laude, from the St. Louis University School of Law in 1985. He graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from Marquette University in 1982.
