HeplerBroom and Chicagoland Chapters of CPCU Donate To Ronald McDonald House
HeplerBroom and the Chicagoland chapters of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) recently donated over $1,600 to the Ronald McDonald House Charity of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana. The monies were generated from the second annual insurance law and coverage seminar the two co-sponsored.
The seminar was held at McDonald’s Hamburger University in Oak Brook, Illinois. In lieu of a registration fee, HeplerBroom and the CPCU chapters asked attendees for a donation to help support Ronald McDonald House programs.
Each Ronald McDonald House provides a low-cost or free place for families to stay when they have to travel far from home and spend several weeks or months to get treatment for their seriously ill or injured children. Families are provided with home-cooked meals, private bedrooms, and playrooms for children. These valued services are made possible by the generosity of volunteers and from donors like HeplerBroom and the CPCU chapters.
HeplerBroom attorneys are widely recognized to be preeminent in various areas of insurance law and coverage. The distinguished members of CPCU are known to be subject matter experts on issues regarding property and casualty insurance.
