DuChateau and Odom Elected to IDC Board
James DuChateau and Greg Odom were recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel (IDC).
Founded in 1964, IDC is an association of attorneys in Illinois who devote a substantial portion of their practice to the representation of business, corporate, insurance, professional, and other individual defendants in civil litigation. The association’s mission is to ensure civil justice with integrity, civility, and professional competence.
DuChateau is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and insurance coverage litigation in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest and Mountain West. His practice also includes the representation of financial institution clients in both UCC and REO matters, as well as trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation. DuChateau earned his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in 2008.
Odom is a partner in the firm’s Edwardsville office. He focuses his practice on trials involving complex business litigation matters, including toxic torts, personal injury, product liability, premises liability, environmental law, and commercial litigation. Odom earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2008.
