HeplerBroom COVID-19 Response
To help ensure everyone’s continued health and well-being, effective March 17, 2020, all attorneys and staff began working remotely. We continue to assess the situation and will return to our physical offices when appropriate.
Essential onsite-personnel will make certain that critical firm functions that cannot be done remotely continue to be handled. (Cleaning and sanitizing protocols are in place per CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of those personnel.) All teams have back-up personnel and procedures set to make sure deadlines are met and that clients receive the same great service and work product we’ve always provided.
Our IT department has worked diligently to make sure all employees are set up to work remotely. Maintaining security and confidentiality has been—and will continue to be—at the forefront of all processes and procedures, at all levels throughout the firm.
We’ve created emergency procedures to communicate any changes to this plan with our employees, and we are continually monitoring resources during this uncertain time.
This is an unprecedented and dynamic situation, and HeplerBroom is committed to observing governmental suggestions and requirements concerning public health while continuing to provide legal service second to none.
Wishing you and your families good health.
