Crystal Lake Firm of Aleen R. Tiffany PC Merges with Hepler Broom

Illinois and Missouri litigation firm HeplerBroom LLC has been joined by the Crystal Lake, Illinois firm of Aleen R. Tiffany, PC. With an office in the northwest Chicago suburb of Crystal Lake, HeplerBroom now boasts a fifth location city, joining Edwardsville, St. Louis, Springfield and Chicago.  Importantly, the addition of Aleen Tiffany and her team give HeplerBroom a platform to represent clients in the northwest part of Illinois as well as southern Wisconsin. 

The addition of Ms. Tiffany and team, Holly Whitlock and Jamie Rein, deepens HeplerBroom’s presence in the always challenging construction litigation practice area. Ms. Tiffany’s practice areas include the following:

  • Construction Litigation
  • Construction Contract and Risk Transfer
  • Commercial General Liability Coverage, risk transfer focus
  • Complex Civil and Commercial Litigation
  • Mechanics’ Lien claims and litigation

While their practice is currently concentrated in Cook County and the northwest part of Illinois, these new attorneys have a national presence, acting as national coordinating counsel and General Counsel to nationwide construction firms.
