Bozarth and Varadachari Spoke at Defense Trial Attorneys National Conference

Troy Bozarth and Bharat Varadachari were among the featured speakers at the 80th Annual Meeting of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. Bozarth was part of a panel discussing how to conduct civil jury trials during a pandemic. Varadachari’s panel discussed planning for the success of the second generation of a law firm.

Bozarth, the firm’s managing partner, focuses his practice on trials involving the defense of class actions, pharmaceutical and medical devices, and antitrust law, as well as appellate work. He holds leadership positions in a number of bar and professional associations and is a past president of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel. Bozarth is rated an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to the lists of Best Lawyers in America, Illinois Super Lawyers, and Illinois Leading Lawyers.

Varadachari, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on the defense of matters related to the trucking and transportation industry, personal injury, and insurance matters. He is a past president of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis, and is Vice-President of the St. Louis Chapter of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance. He is also a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, Inns of Court, and the executive board of the St. Louis County Bar Association. Varadachari has been named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
