Curtis Secures Defense Verdict in Southern Indiana Products Liability Trial
The judge in a recent Clark County, Indiana, bench trial issued a defense verdict for attorney Justin Curtis’ client. Plaintiff alleged that the defective installation and/or operation of a protective guard on the roofing system of a medical office building resulted in damage to the structure. Curtis was able to effectively demonstrate to the Court that the protective guard functioned properly and that the damage to the medical office building resulted from the deterioration of unrelated roofing materials.
