Farroll and Kuchar Obtain Defense Verdict for Client

Dan Farroll and Tara Kuchar secured a judgment for their client, a surgical practice, in a City of St. Louis bench trial where Plaintiff sought to recover $2.4 million from an in an underinsured judgment and interest, plus $1 million in punitive damages.  Plaintiff alleged the surgical practice fraudulently misrepresented the amount of insurance coverage in a personal injury lawsuit.
