Noce and Mueller Secure Judgment for Client

Gerard Noce and Amanda Mueller, partners in HeplerBroom's St. Louis office, secured an opinion from the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District affirming judgment in favor of their clients, a local law firm and attorney, in a fraud action against them tried in St. Louis County in October 2012. The Missouri Supreme Court has denied the opposing party any further appellate relief. Mr. Noce and Ms. Mueller further assisted their clients in securing a judgment in excess of $10,000 that was due and owing to the clients that was sought in a counterclaim to the fraud action. That judgment has also been affirmed.
