Wilson and Galanos Obtain Defense Verdict for Clients

HeplerBroom attorneys Tom Wilson and Jessica Galanos secured a judgment in favor of their clients, Southern Illinois University, and three individually named administrators, in a federal jury trial in the Southern District of Illinois.  The plaintiff sought back pay, compensatory damages, and attorney’s fees for his claims that he was discriminated against in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and retaliated against for taking leave protected by the Family and Medical Leave Act.
