Davis Publishes Article on Cybersecurity Insurance for American Bar Association

HeplerBroom attorney Glenn Davis

In a feature article in the Winter 2025 issue of the American Bar Association’s The Brief, Glenn Davis outlined key components of the state of cyber and data privacy insurance. The extensively researched article analyzes an array of issues, ranging from the types and costs of coverage available to the risks for both insurers and insured to regulatory, technological, and geopolitical challenges for the market. Davis notes that unlike other types of insurance, which have centuries of reliable data upon which to evaluate risks, cyber threats are new and ever changing, making risk measurement difficult. The full article is available here.
