Curtis and Allen Publish Article for Indiana Legal News Periodical

Justin Curtis and Anastasiia Allen have published one of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana’s monthly columns for The Indiana Lawyer, a bi-weekly newspaper covering Indiana legal issues, law schools, and bar associations. Curtis and Allen, associates in the firm’s Hammond, Indiana, office, are both litigation attorneys who focus their practices on first- and third-party insurance defense and insurance coverage. Curtis also handles fraud and bad faith litigation. He currently serves as Chair of the Insurance Coverage Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois. Allen, who is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, is also licensed to practice in Indiana. In addition to insurance matters, she also handles other complex litigation, including asbestos, toxic torts, and premises liability.
