Moch Authors Article On Exaggerated Injuries For International Insurance Magazine

In the Fall 2019 issue of SIU Today (the quarterly magazine of the International Association of Special Investigators), Eric Moch discusses how the Illinois Supreme Court’s decision in Peach v McGovern has restored common sense to the admissibility of vehicle damage photos in bodily injury trials.
