Insler's Bar Journal Article Explores Increase in Number of Illinois Biometrics Privacy Act Litigation Cases

In an article in the March 2018 issue of the Illinois Bar Journal, Charles Insler examines the dual questions of why there has been a large increase in the number of cases involving Illinois’ 10- year-old Biometric Information Privacy Act and how to defend against them.
