Reda and Millaway Publish Article on Trucking Companies’ Heightened Need for Liability Vigilance

Online shopping may bring convenience to consumers, but it also brings a heightened need for trucking companies to assess their liability coverages. In an article in a recent trucking industry newsletter, HeplerBroom attorneys Michael Reda and Kelley Millaway discuss some of the companies’ increased potential for product, premises, and personal injury issues. Reda, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, has over 37 years of experience in tort litigation, including cases covering catastrophic trucking accidents. He is also actively involved in alternative dispute resolution and has served as an arbitrator and mediator in many cases. Reda is a member of HeplerBroom’s Rapid Response Team, which conducts on-site investigations of transportation accidents in Illinois and Missouri.

Millaway, an associate in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses her practice on civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on insurance law. She is a 2018 magna cum laude graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law
