At a recent roundtable meeting of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, Julieta Kosiba fielded questions from those attending about the employment issues they face in their businesses. This included discussing the need to update employee handbooks so they comply with recent legal changes and upcoming legal developments.

Kosiba, an associate attorney working for the firm’s Springfield office, focuses her practice on the defense of civil litigation matters, including employment and labor law. In addition to defending clients in employment-related lawsuits, she assists HB’s employment and labor team in drafting employee handbooks and other employment-related documents and counseling clients on employment issues. Kosiba is licensed to practice in Illinois and is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois.
