Bauer and Brown Discuss PFAS Regulations with Illinois Manufacturers

Beth Bauer and Melissa Brown will be among the featured speakers at the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association’s 2024 Environmental & Energy Conference. In their presentation, Bauer and Brown will give an overview of regulations surrounding PFAS that are prevalent in products across all industries and provide tips to prepare for PFAS-related litigation. Registration for the Oct. 22 event in Tinley Park is available on the association’s website.

Bauer, a partner in the firm’s Edwardsville office, focuses her practice on the defense of complex, multi-party civil cases and class actions, including products liability, talc litigation, and appellate matters.
