Bauer and Brown to Provide PFAS Regulatory Update and Tips to Prepare for Litigation

On February 19, Beth Bauer and Melissa Brown are presenting a webinar on PFAS regulations for the Illinois Environmental Regulatory Group (IERG). The two HeplerBroom attorneys will discuss recent PFAS regulatory developments, with an emphasis on steps Illinois businesses should consider when building their PFAS strategies. They will also provide tips on how to prepare for potential PFAS litigation. Registration for the webinar, which is free for IERG members and $45 for nonmembers, is available on IERG’s website.
