Curtis Speaks at Indiana State Attorney Conference

Justin Curtis was one of the panelists on a session on insurance law at the recent Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana’s annual conference, which was held in Bloomington, Indiana. The panelists discussed how to understand and utilize various types of incident data to support modern litigation.

Curtis, an associate in the firm’s Hammond, Indiana, office, focuses his legal practice on first- and third-party insurance defense and insurance coverage, along with fraud and bad faith litigation. He is currently chair of the Insurance Coverage Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. He is licensed to practice in Indiana and Illinois and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the Northern District of Illinois, and the Northern District of Ohio.
