Young and Varadachari Speaking to Insurance Professionals

On November 13, Michael Young and Bharat Varadachari will be speaking to the St. Louis Chapter of CPCUs about new Missouri insurance statutes and their effect on liability coverage and bad faith claims. Attendees will be eligible for 1 hour of Missouri CEs.

Young, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith issues. He is a Certified Litigation Management Professional and has been named to the list of Best Lawyers in America. Young currently serves as Chair of the Insurance Law Committee for the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel (IDC) and is on the Insurance Law Committee of the Defense Research Institute.

Varadachari, also a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on trials involving complex business litigation, particularly matters related to Personal Injury and Property Damage. He is currently serving as President of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis and as Vice-President of the St. Louis Chapter of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, is on the Executive Committee for the St. Louis County Bar Association, and has been named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
