Bharat Varadachari recently participated in a roundtable at the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance’s (CLM) Focus Conference that took place in Chicago, Illinois. The panel of experts discussed tactics to mitigate and avoid “nuclear verdicts.”

Varadachari, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on the defense of matters related to the trucking and transportation industry, personal injury, and insurance matters. He is a past president of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis, and is Vice-President of the St. Louis Chapter of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance. He is also a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, Inns of Court, and the executive board of the St. Louis County Bar Association. Varadachari has been named an AV Preeminent Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
