Davis Speaks to Missouri Bar on Corporate Compliance Programs

Glenn Davis, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, was recently a featured speaker at the 2017 annual meeting of The Missouri Bar. Davis spoke to attendees about issues to consider when setting up a corporate compliance program. Among the topics he discussed were identifying the key components of a risk assessment, the importance of creating an ethical culture, responding to problems when they occur, and handling post-problem mitigation and remediation.

In addition to heading the firm’s cybersecurity practice area, Davis is experienced in handling complex antitrust issues, corporate and securities litigation, franchise law, and internal corporate investigations. He was recently named Best Lawyers 2018 “Lawyer of the Year” for his work in Antitrust Law.
