HeplerBroom Picked to Host International Conference

HeplerBroom is pleased to announce that it has been selected to host the Insuralex U.S. Seminar on Cutting Edge Insurance Issues. Organizers are anticipating domestic and international attendees whose positions range from in-house counsel and claims personnel to corporate representatives. Featured speakers will include five HeplerBroom attorneys:

  • Glenn Davis will examine insurance coverage relating to cyber threats and data protection.
  • Katie Jacobi will address updates on bad faith laws.
  • Amy Johnson will discuss insurance coverage and business issues arising out of the #MeToo Movement.
  • Alexandra Haar and Kyle Westbrook will provide a primer on cannabis law.

The seminar, which is being held in Chicago on September 18, is sponsored by Insuralex, a group of independent law firms from around the world whose objective is to help insurers navigate the complexities of the world-wide insurance market, especially as it relates to insurance, reinsurance, coverage, defense, and litigation matters. To register, please contact Dawn Hennig (dhennig@heplerbroom.com).
