Rosser and Libbra to Discuss Preparing Corporate Representatives for Depositions

On June 22, Eric Rosser and Kelly Libbra will be featured speakers at an Illinois Defense Counsel webinar on how to prepare corporate representatives for depositions in toxic tort cases.

Rosser and Libbra are both partners at HeplerBroom, Rosser working from the firm’s Chicago office and Libbra from the Edwardsville one. They focus their legal practices on the defense of asbestos and toxic tort cases.

Rosser earned his J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law and his B.S. in Business Administration/Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin, and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois.

Libbra earned her J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law. She also holds an M.S. in Experimental Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology, both from Western Illinois University. She is licensed to practice in Illinois and Missouri.
