Hammond and Moch to Speak at International Association of Special Investigation Units Conference

Rick Hammond and Eric Moch will discuss current trends in bodily injury and property claims fraud at the annual conference of the Illinois chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units. Hammond, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses his practice on matters relating to property insurance coverage, fire and explosion cases, and bad faith. He also serves as an expert witness on insurer bad faith and as an adjunct Professor of Insurance Law at Loyola University Chicago Law School.

Also a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, Moch focuses his practice on insurance fraud and coverage and bad faith defense. He serves on the board of directors of Family Counseling Service of Aurora and is a former national board member of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators, as well as the former President and newsletter editor of its Illinois chapter.
