Insurance Attorneys Take Part In Podcasts

Eric Moch and Michael Young have both recently participated in podcasts.

Moch was a guest on a finance-related podcast, where he discussed common types of medical and insurance fraud, including a few common auto accident scenarios. He also discussed how to remain vigilant to avoid becoming a victim of fraud. Young was a guest on a legal-related podcast where he and another attorney did their best to convince listeners that coverage lawyers aren’t boring. Each attorney mentions the podcast on his LinkedIn page (See Moch’s LinkedIn page and Young’s LinkedIn page).

Moch and Young are both part of the firm’s insurance law practice group. Moch, a partner in the Chicago office, focuses on claims involving insurance fraud. He defends insurers and their insureds at trials involving fraudulent claims and pursues civil recoveries for insurance clients. Young, a partner in the St. Louis office, concentrates on insurance coverage and bad faith issues. He also advises insurers in drafting policy language and developing best practices in handling claims.
