Varadachari to Speak at CLM Annual Conference

Bharat Varadachari will be moderating a panel session at the 2017 Annual Conference of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). His session, “Institutional Bad Faith: How to Avoid and Defend Against the Latest Trend in Bad Faith Litigation,” will take place on the second day of the three-day conference, which is being held in Nashville from March 29 to 31.

Varadachari, a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice on trials involving complex business litigation matters, including environmental claims, trucking and motor vehicle accidents, products liability, and general insurance matters. This is the fifth time he has presented at CLM’s Annual Conference.

Nearly 1500 attorneys, insurance company executives, and corporate general counsel will attend the conference. For more information, click here.
