Hay Presents Webinar on Dental Risk Management

Linda Hay was the featured speaker at a recent webinar on dental risk management. In the webinar, she gave an overview of the litigation process, then discussed expert witnesses, the importance of documentation in a dental practice, and other risk management issues. The webinar was sponsored by Collier & Associates.

Hay, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on the defense of all types of individual healthcare practitioners. She also defends healthcare institutions (such as hospitals, healthcare systems, clinics, and group practices) as well as long-term care facilities against malpractice claims. She has received numerous honors in her career, including the Defense Star Award from the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons National Insurance Company, a Golden Gavel designation by the National Association of Insurance Women, and the Distinguished Member Award from the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel. Hay has also been named to numerous lists of top-rated lawyers, including Illinois Leading Lawyers, Illinois Super Lawyers, and the Top 50 Female Lawyers in Illinois.
