HeplerBroom Sponsors Minorities in the Legal Profession Event

On March 8, HeplerBroom is co-sponsoring a legislative roundtable that will bring together Missouri lawmakers and Missouri attorneys to discuss proposed 2019 legislation that would impact diverse communities. Specific topics of discussion include criminal justice reform, public safety, and economic development.

Speakers will include St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell and City of St. Louis Director of Public Safety the Hon. Jimmie Edwards. Fourteen St. Louis area Representatives and Senators are schedule as panelists.

The roundtable, which will be held at the Missouri Athletic Club, is presented by the Minorities in the Legal Professional section of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
