Tiffany and Whitlock-Glave to Speak on Legal Ramifications of Artificial Intelligence in Construction

Aleen Tiffany and Holly Whitlock-Glave are among the featured speakers at a seminar on how technology is revolutionizing the construction industry. In addition to speaking, Whitlock-Glave is co-chair of the event, which is being jointly sponsored by DRI and the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel (IDC). Tiffany, a partner in the firm’s Chicago and Crystal Lake offices, focuses her practice on civil litigation and corporate construction matters. In addition to being an experienced trial attorney, she is a trained and approved arbitrator in the 19th and 22nd Judicial Circuit Mandatory Court-annexed Arbitration programs. She is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, a member of the Society of Illinois Construction Attorneys, and has been named an Illinois Leading Lawyer and an Illinois Super Lawyer. Tiffany is also a past president of IDC.

Whitlock-Glave, an associate in the firm’s Crystal Lake office, is Chair of IDC’s Construction Law Committee and was named the Association’s 2019 Volunteer of the Year. She focuses her practice on the defense of construction injury, construction defect, and risk transfer, as well as commercial general liability issues. In addition to her Construction Law Committee work with IDC, she is a member of IDC’s joint committee with the DRI for developing joint CLEs.
